A multitalented young man with a superb natural bass baritone voice.  Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica in the 1970s., he completed his high school education in 1984.  He is a trained masseur specializing in therapeutic treatment, using reflexology and other applications to avert stress, tension etc.  His interests are varied, including photography, driving and reading and health foods.  

Garland’s greatest ambition is to become a professional classical singer. He received training at the Jamaica School of Music for one semester and has also studied with Noel Dexter, Pat Gooden and Georgia Schleifer. He has appeared in talent shows at the Ward Theatre and sings at weddings and funerals.

Due to financial constraints he has never been able to pursue his musical studies for any length of time.  He is a very determined and ambitious young man who is deserving of help to achieve his goals in the musical field.  Given the opportunity he should easily reach these goals.
